I went to the branch to assist my mother with app activation that other branches like Diepsloot mall were not assisting her with activating. They kept on saying she must do it on herself while the App was giving her errors (card already linked to a profile). When we went to R55 Mall Centurion Moahloli did all the trouble shooting, contacted head office until a Solution was found.

The branch flow was increasing but still Moahloli insured she escalated our issue while she continued serving other clients while checking up on us if we are still fine.

The multi-tasking is out of this world while keeping clients updated. Moahloli always ask client first if she can be excused for a minute while updating the other client. I am impressed and deeply grateful for you (Moahloli) for pushing beyond boundaries.

Keep your fire burning, and do not get tired of providing excellent client service. You do make a difference. My Standard Bank perception have now slightly changed because of you.
