Excellent client service

On Sunday 02/09/2018 I was trying to deposit money via the ATM, but the transaction wasn’t processed and the ATM swallowed my money. The following day I visited the Key West branch in Krugersdorp for assistance. Their service was efficient and I was assured I’d get my money back, in no less than 7 days. Today 04/09/2018 I had the money deposited back into my account. I would like to thank Tshepo my banker and the whole team at that branch. Keep up the good work!!
