Excellent Client Service

My wife and I went in to Standard Bank Sandton to sort out a matter that we had not been able to resolve. We met with Shaun Petrus and Melissa Rich who really went out of their way to find a solution for us. The service was extremely professional, very efficient and highly customer focused. Clearly these 2 individuals understand outstanding customer service and the need to find a solution for their clients. Many thanks for the assistance - it was so greatly appreciated.
