Excellent Client Service!

I have been a Standard Bank client for a few years now and don't always get the service i would like, however, I think this is worthy of 10 minutes of my time, just to mention the excellent service I received from Anga Mageleni, a bank consultant at the Claremont Branch (Cape Town). I was in urgent need of assistance and app**** for an overdraft which was approved however the credit department requested compliance checking. I needed the funds within 48hrs as we needed to go out of town and needed the funds. Standard bank was offline the day we needed it and Anga moved heaven and earth to ensure that we had funds available. She communicated with me whilst i was at the airport, phoning me every 5 minutes to check if the money reflected in my cheque account....and it did, on the brink of us flying out. She is one of a kind and made me feel as if my need was important to her too. She embodies the values of "raising the bar" and she is definitely the reason I would stay a client of Standard bank. Well Done Anga!!
