Excellent Bank Service (Standard Bank - Tyger Manor)

My wife and I went to Tyger Manor branch to see if they could assist with a travel card for an overseas holiday.

Levonne Hiebner was so very helpful and was able to give us Shyft Cards straight away, and set up the Shyft app on our cell phones.

Her patience and professionalism was so unexpected, and restored our faith in some bank services still being provided to the highest standards.

The Standard Bank management must be made aware of her outstanding service to their clients.
