Excellent assistance
After many issues and complaints, when it comes to assistance from Standard Bank, I must mention two people that really stands out:
The following persons really went out of their way to assist me and I hope Standard Bank appreciate and acknowledge these personnel.
Gregory Fransman Debt Restructuring Manager : Executive Queries and Complaints at Standard Bank.
Clint Peterson from the Complaint Resolution Centre at Standard Bank.
I want to thank them for personally making sure that every issue got attended to and also got resolved.
