Excelent social media team
I needed help filling in a debit order form from another bank, but when I reached out to them on Facebook as well as Twitter, I did not get a reply after hours of waiting. I then decided to ask Standard Bank for their help on Facebook. I recieved an answer almost instantly. The person who manages the page was a huge help. Great social media team.
