Every month I go pay my accounts at standard bank always a long queue because there's only 1 teller available you have to stand in that queue for hours cleary they don't care about the clients no one on the floor to direct the client

Every month I go pay my accounts at standard bank always a long queue because there's only 1 teller available you have to stand in that queue for hours cleary they don't care about the clients no one on the floor to direct the client. Security guard is directing clients isn't his job to see that client's is safe. I never seen a bank with such bad service
