Even worse than ABSA

From my perspective the service received from Standard Bank is even worse that ABSA. At ABSA I at least received lukewarm service, from Standard Bank I receive NO SERVICE! I have tried for 24 hours (email and phone calls) to get a settlement amount on a car financed by them. I want to pay off the debt (My father owes them) but just cannot seem to get through to a person. The self help lines also do NOT work. What do you think would be the chance of financing (I am a potential customer) something via Standard Bank?
