Estates at STANDARD BANK

Standardbank estate department is the worst!!! Jan 2019 i lost my brother..he unfortunately took out his will with standard bank..its been 7 months and we havent heard a thing from standard bank..we have called and left messages constantly..I am so disappointed with this service!! This is very sensitive and we dealing with a company that obviously does not care. We have been patient but how much longer? He was the only bread winner left and we need the funds that he left for his kids in order to survive..death is never an easy thing and standard bank is making it worse.
