Estate late Fiasco - more than six years and nothing

More than six years has passed from the date that my husband passed away . Standard Bank Estate late has been in Charge of that account and frankly doing a really **** job at it. i was informed of late that no Executing officer had been appointed. the documentation is lost the accounts has been piling up and the Vehicles in his name is useless for more than six years as they are all now in Arrears regarding licensing. in fact more than R30 000 has accumulated in Penalties and Fees. I wait for 1 hour 45 min to speak to any one to give answers on the phone which by the way cost money to operate and answers are no where to be found. i only get emails like we are looking into it . and we will get back to you shortly. no one seems to know what the heck they are doing. the Estate hasnt even been registered with the high Court.
