Estate late accounts offer poor service and no feedback

On the 11.11.2016 I went to open up a late estate account for my grandmother, your business banker at ****arney offered poor service and sent me to home affairs to get documentation that they do not keep.

On the 14.11.2016 I went to see the master of the high court to get documents that do not exist because YOUR business banker said I needed that. Do you as a bank not have systems to access what you need online?

On the 15.11.2016 I went with all my documents to YOUR *********** business banker who has no idea how to use a queuing system and I waited for 2 hours for service. I eventually got up and left to go to fnb, who opened the account within 20min without the documentation from home affairs or the master of the high court. I went back over to standard bank to transfer the money from my grandmothers savings account over to the late estate account.

On the 21.12.2016 I went into the branch to see the progress as i was advised it would take 14 working days, and no progress had been made.

I'm deeply and utterly shocked by the way I have been treated, not only have I not received my grandmothers money nobody is able to give me an update. It is now the 27.01.2017 and i no communication
