Estate late 2 months later accounts still active!

Standard Bank was informed of my late mother's death and about possible irregularities on her credit and cheque account 1 week after her death. To date nothing has been investigated, her credit card has not been stopped and her online banking is still active. After numerous emails sent to the estate dept all I receive is excuses. I have given them until close of business today to get back to me on issues of 2 months ago. The public needs to know what is happening if you allow them to handle your will.

Nicole kirkwood from standard bank emailed me this afternoon requesting all the documents already delivered by hand to the kolonade branch in January just after my mother passed away. This after the estate dept acknowledged receipt of these documents.
Her will was with Standard Bank but because her estate is not profitable enough for her bank of which she was a client for over 40 years they refuse to be the executor unless x amount is paid to them.
I asked them to investigate possible ***** on her accounts after her date of death 2 months ago and this has also not been followed up upon.
Credit card debt is outstanding and who is going to fit the bill as transactions went through after my mother's death
Up until yesterday her credit card was still active as well as her online banking as confirmed by sms, s sent to my late mom's cellphone.
Why was these accounts not closed in January when Standard Bank was informed and the death certificate handed in?
I want answers and I'm sure the public would too seeing that this can happen to them

Today I had another call from Standard Bank. They want to talk to my late mother that has passed away 2 months ago! ***. They were informed about her death 2 months ago, received copies of the death certificate 2 months ago but still they have NOTHING on record! In the meantime her credit card and online banking is still active too. They were also informed about possible ***** on her credit card and cheque account after her death. To date nothing has been done about this.
The public needs to be very careful, based on my experience with Standard Bank nobody knows what is going on. This includes some management if I can believe what I receive in emails from them.
What is happening with my late mother's accounts STANDARD BANK?!
When will I receive answers. Not your standard "we will investigate" replies. I want this to be sorted out now.
You sent me a mail last week that another investigation is to be done because there WAS transactions on her account AFTER her death. I told you about it but yet you kept the accounts active.
I want answers and I want to know who will be held responsible for debt incurred on her accounts AFTER her death?
Will it be Standard Bank as their ignorance led to the accounts still being active?
Pathetic service.
