ESTATE ACCOUNT PAYMENT

I submitted a claim for my late husband account to claim on his estate but it has been the whole year and the bank is not paying into the estate account. My legal representative has been sending emails but they are not responding to the emails or making payment into the estate account. STANDARD BANK is not responding positively to my request.
