Error: Credit card

I Ncebakazi Faith Ntobela, never had any credit card with standard bank. I made a query with Standard bank with regards to this matter. They only managed to remove the account only at TRANSUNION, but it it still appearing on some other credit bureau such as EXPERIAN, COMPUSCAN, XDS, KUDOUGH, CLEAR SCORE.

As mentioned I never had any credit card with Standard bank.
