ERROR 2009 VB Host
This bank is pathetic, every little issue is hassle, I've been with this bank my whole life, but every time I have an issue, it takes long to resolve. This morning I called the Vangate Branch and ask to speak to my Banker, (Lwando) was told he does not work there anymore, instead of assigning me to a new banker, or offer me assistance, this person hung up, I had to visit the Vangate branch, only to be put online with an agent that does not know anything about their job. My Business Account was blocked for no reason, at least if there were outstanding documents I would've gotten an email or sms to visit branch to sort that out, but no it's blocked without my knowledge, now this person on the line is saying, the account is not blocked on their side, but I'm unable to make payments, or transact on the app. What Bull**** is this. Next I'm moving my business to Nedbank, such an inconvenience.
