Erroneously reported me to credit bureau AGAIN!!!

F##king Standard Bank strikes again. Not even 1 month after filing a complaint on Hello Peter (Aug 2014) about them erroneously reporting me to the credit bureau and f##king up my credit record, they do it again in September 2014. I've been trying to get insurance quotes and all of them have been crazy so I pulled my credit record only to find that Standard Bank reported me as 30 days overdue on an account. I called them to complain and they told me it was a system error that occurred on those accounts. So for 6 months I sat with that blemish on my record. How could you people do that? I'm so sick of Standard Bank. You people are f##king pathetic and your mistake has had a direct impact on my life. Now I'm stuck with those quotes. Moving to FNB at my earliest convenience. F##k your response. Don't even. Just fix it.
