ERF 9235,9236,9237 LENASIA X 10

I'm in a process of purchasing a property, we have been having an issue with the ERF number's that have been incorrectly issued by the housing department.<br> <br> ERF 9235,9236,9237 LENASIA X 10<br> <br> We have consulted with representatives of the Gauteng Department of Housing who have informed us that:<br> <br> The documents relating to the rectification have been prepared and awaits the signing thereof by the relevant parties;<br> <br> The Department has consulted with both the deputy registrar of the deeds office and the head of the City of Johannesburg - clearance department, <br> <br> who have in principal agreed to furnish the required clearance certificates.<br> <br> I have been going from pillar to post (over 7 years) to get a SIMPLE letter stating that Standard bank agrees to cancel the existing bonds over a client's property and together with the rectification a new bond will be registered on the correct property.<br> <br> All parties involved has lost an immense amount of money over this issue<br> <br> I'd really appreciate your assistance on this as a matter of urgency<br> <br> Regards <br> <br>
