Epic Standard Bank fail

<p>My wife has a little business called Tintiloux and has recently moved into the Montebello Design Centre in Newlands. One of the key requirement for such a business is a credit / debit card machine and so she went to Std Bank to open up a business account in order to qualify for the Blue Mobi device. </p> <p>So after providing all FICA documents including her grandfathers certified shoe size AS WELL AS a copy of her business lease, Std Bank opened up the account. But then the lady who was supposed to come and set up the blue mobi device did not pitch. So, my wifef called, only to discover that the Std Bank ***** division had suspended her account.</p> <p>***! It transpires that Std Bank called some lacky at Montebello (the regular admin person was on leave) who didn't know who my wife was. Based on this credible and verifiable evidence (a phone call to some unknown individual) they suspended my wife account. What a bunch of geniuses! Had they bothered to visit the shop OR even looked at the Montebello website, they would have found my wife's business there.</p> <p>What a bunch of *********** hacks. </p> <p> </p>
