Enquire about about Debit order - only to stand to be accused falsely not having funds in bank account

When I enquired for a bank statement yesterday through the call centre I was advised that the bond account is in arrears. I advised the agent that the debit order was not deducted and I need to find out why Standard Bank did not have the debit order deducted. The agent with the name Katlego explained that I needed to speak to the cancellations department because my bond is with the cancellations department. She attempted to contact the cancellations department but they did not respond. She advised me to send an email and provided me with the email address. Today I phoned after receiving an email from the cancelllations department. The agent who answered checked my account and stated that my account was in arrears and stated that I maybe did not have money in my account on 1 Nov. I was very offended and stated that it is not the case. After numerous calls I was advised that the debit order was activated and no-one can explain why the debit order did not go off. They did confirm that there was no evidence of an unpaid debit order. I feel very offended being accused of not having enough money in my account and I did provide a bank statement to prove the latter. I am very disappointed and appauled. Bond number ***

Good Day

I have been busy getting someone to assist me to write a formal letter summons as I have been false accused. Nedbank has just confirmed that Standard Bank did not send a Debit Order request. Your agent acted in a very unprofessional manner.

NB: I contacted Standard Bank three times today to get to the bottom of this and was sent from pillar to post.

Regards,

Kobus.
