Enough is enough

3 standard bank branches are closed in plk and i went to mall of the north branch. I've been standing on the que for over one and half hour without moving and now I'm almost 3hrs on the que waiting to be assisted. I think my loyalty ends here right now. Because they can't even send a communique to notify clients which branch is closing. My branch is Arcadia since its closure i dont even know my branch. I need to shop for a better bank that is considerate to clients
