endless problems
Endless problems with standard bank instant money
yesterday i made a instant money transfer to a cell phone after sending 2 pins, it kept on giving a error, when tried to reverse it, it did not even reverse into my account.... tried again today now it says there is nothing in the voucher and the money has not been reversed
Spent 20 min on the phone only to get told a call has to be logged and a investigation and I have to wait till Wed
My staff can not wait till Wednesday to get her money, she has debts to pay and rent
