eNatis papers
I had 2 vehicles financed by Standard Bank. Agreement numbers 1. *** 2. ***
The vehicles were settled in 2022 and 2023 respectively. Since July 2023, I have been requesting car papers as I intended selling the cars.
Ref numbers for natis documents request - SB2307/05460 and SB2307/05461, delivery was suppose to take place in the next 3-5 working days (31 July 2023).
I again have good offers on the vehicles, which expire tomorrow and I have been following up on the eNatis papers the whole day yesterday and i still have no papers, nor concrete time lines of delivery. I don’t even mind collecting the papers as I would hate to lose the current offers.
Should the bank wish to contact me, please use my email as I do not have continuous access to my cellphone due to my line of work.
