eNatis documents not issued

I have received the eNatis document for the 1st Vehicle yesterday late afternoon after months of frustration however my eNatis for the 2nd Vehicle is still not received and not sure how long should i further wait for the documents of vehicles already paid in full for months back. there is a lot of discrepancies that I still need answers with regard to the extra amount that was paid to the account of the 1st vehicle as well correct updating on my credit profile: - I have entered into an 72 months agreement with standard bank to pay my vehicle - Standard bank has debited my account for 70 months through successful debit orders - I have paid the additional amounts with the intention to pay off the account quickly as follows:  R 6 400 paid on the 31 December 2016  R6 000 paid on the 07 February 2020  R6 000 paid on the 26 February 2020  R12 021 paid on the 29 February 2021 ( as per your advise after enquiry for eNatis and to clear my credit profile) - By the look of things it is very clear that I have paid the additional R18 421.00 that is unjustified from standard bank and I still need answers why should I donate such an hefty amount of money to a large organisation such as yours? My agreement with standard Bank that I signed for was 72 months not 75 months contract and but to my surprise the money paid is for a 75 months contract without any explanation of which its injust.
