Empty Promises + Worthless as the paper!!

<p>I renwewed my service plan with Standard Bank upon receiving a confirmation letter from Keitumetse Mokwena I than proceceded and booked my car in for a service. I then received a very disturbing call from the dealer that my vehcile was not covered??? I than called the bank and reported the matter of which I did not get a immidiatte response but rather told that my plan was not active after receiving confirmation that it is????? </p>
