Once the bond term has been reduced, you may proceed to apply for the Access Bond facility.REF***
The term on the home loan was reduced from 30years to 20 years for them to free up my access bond on my home loan,We have done all they asked and still they don't want to pay our access bond don't want to chance back the home loan to 30years
