Empty promises
I wanted to deposit cash into my account at the Standard Bank Rondebosch branch, but their deposit function was not working. I had to go to teller to do my deposit and teller advised me that the rediculous amount of R40.00 (i only deposited R220.00)will be reversed as it was not my fault that the teller deposit was not working. I spoke to Petro who solmly promised me that it will be reversed by the next day (Saturday). Well , it’s Saturday and no reversal. Dont make promises to customers if you cannot keep them! Your banking costs are rediculous!
