Empathetic towards customers and Excellent Service
Just want to say thank you to Lee Ann Govener in the DCC division for being empathetic and providing excellent service to me. And a special thank you for the Head of the Department Berenice for really going the extra mile to review my request and really being understanding of my situation.
Thank you both for your assistance and support I truly appreciate it.
