Emergency funds frozen without adequate prior notice with dire consequences

Emergency funds flow into my account, only for standard bank to suspend my account. I get through to their ***** line only to be told that my account was suspended 3 months ago due to fica reasons. No one at Standard Bank thought it wise to inform me prior to the suspension so that I could provide the requisite information. What kind of service is this? Who thinks up these clearly inadequate and even dangerous ways of doing things? I’m saying dangerous because I have got an emergency and now I can’t access my funds and told the only way the issue can be solved is if I PHYSICALLY take the POR to the branch and my question is when because I work and when I knock off they are already closed. This is totally unfair and I want nothing more to do with standard bank

Call me at 12pm but only if you are not going to repeat what your colleague from ***** told me (I.e., that I must take my proof of address to the branch). Call me if you are going to provide me with an email address to which I can send my POR
