Embarrassment from standard Bank
I was coerced by a standard bank consultant to upgrade my cheque account to evolve banking. Was told I can use my card to take a guest to the bidvest lounge. I have an prestige credit card aswell, so I was told 1 card can be used for the guest, and the 1 for myself. I was so embarrassed when I was turned away at the lounge. Please can someone assist with this matter, and bring up the call records to confirm I was told I could take a guest
