Emails I was warned against

I am regularly told my my bank NOT to trust emails from their bank yet Standard Bank insist on sending me my statements via email to save themselves printing and postage.

Tonight my statement arrived yet again via email.

I read the disclaimer and I quote..."The group does not warrant the integrity of this email nor that it is free of errors, viruses, interception or interference". Brilliant, what do you warrant?

I responded to the email I sent to the sender and got the following response....
********** />There's a problem with the recipient's mailbox. Please try resending the message. If the problem continues, please contact your helpdesk."

Please explain to me HOW THE HELL I should get my printed statements delivered to me on a monthly basis AS I HAVE for the last 21 years.

Apparently visiting my bank and asking Enquiries doesnt work, replying to an original email doesnt work, and enquiring online...doesnt work...

I am not prepared to wait 48 hours for a response as ********** suggests is the response time...because mail sent to that address was a waste of effort too.

This is the digital age, please use the opportunity to service and respond to your customers reasonably and FAST
