Email: *** does not assist
Ive emailed standard bank twice to obtain a mortgage statement. for my account (***) They rep**** to my email stating they could not get hold of me telephonically. Then i rep**** again to them informing me of this 4 days ago, still waiting for a reply. Please could you just sent the statement via email, a telephone conversation is not what i need. ***
