Ellite Account Stopped working!!!!

Opened my check account during the 04/02/2019 online, submited my fica documents that were required, opted that my card should be delivered at the mamelodi branch. Couple of days later went to the branch to collect my card and I provided my ID and proof of residence. Was told my card its active. On the 14/02/2019 tried to do transactions on the ATM hower my card got rejected and “ on slip it said my card is not linked to the card I must visit the branch.” I went inside the branch they did all they could to assist me to a point they gave a new tempory card, was advised to call card division. I called the card division and was told that my card has a block status and that supervisor is the one who has to remove that status, and they will call me back... today I called in again the card division and was transferred to Cheque department and was told that my card is not active I must Visit the Branch again!!!!!! Such inconvenience!!

Didn’t the fica department receive my documents for verification? If there was something wrong with my account why was I not being informed that my account as being closed? Yet i’m sitting with 2 useless cards on my possession.
