Elevated home loan rates

i just need to find out y that as a standard bank.client the rates that is offered to me by sbsa..which is MY bank is higher than other banks that i don't deal with..this has happened for all vehicles and homes I have purchased in the past.. I just want to understand why this would be the case..i am just tired of sbsa doing this to me all the time...and then u offer me a private banking account but can't help me currently. Other banks have offered me lower rates I don't understand this..and I am tired of always bringing this to the attention of sbsa.
