Eft reversal

I paid a wrong client and immediately contacted Standard bank for a reversal. They told me it takes 7 days. After two days the beneficiary saw the amount and quickly draw all of it, then after 7 days the bank can back with a report insufficient funds and they claimed there is nothing the bank can do. This is how unsafe it is when dealing with Standard bank
