EFT payment taking days to clear

Many of my EFT payments have not cleared even though payment was made last week Thursday. I've paid my Standard Bank credit card last week and today they send me an SMS telling me I have not paid. It's even more worrying that a payment from one Standard Bank account to another Standard Bank account takes 5 days to clear via EFT. Other payments have also been made and now people are starting to complain that they have not received payment. It also doesn't help to phone the call center, since you are just placed on hold for extremely long stretches of time. I can't afford to sit on the phone for hours while I have to work. Thanks Standard Bank for making me look like a ********.
