I hate phoning Standard Bank call centre because it is a waste of my time almost every single time and sometimes I get the most awful people who cannot do their jobs. This afternoon, I phoned and got through to Sihle. He was helpful, patient, efficient and articulate. Yay! One really positive experience with the Standard Bank call centre. Let him teach some people how to handle queries.
