Easy sell department

Can someone please contact me from the easy sell department. I've been on the programme which has expired as my property never got an offer... but I need to try something else as I cannot afford it and it is stressing me out. I've logged a query over 3 weeks ago but still have no feedback or call. I've followed up maybe 5 times since then but all I get is a auto response that I will be contacted within 24hrs... it's been 3 weeks now.

I'm desperate can I pls be contacted as a matter of urgency
