Eastgate standard bank not answering phones
I am standard bank private banking client, and recently have received the worst services In the sense I have NOT being assisted by my private banker or assistant.
Reason being is that my banker is on leave(I did receive any notification of) the person who has been tasked to assist in her absence has been unavailable(not taking phone calls or answering emails). What is worrying is that the whole standard bank eastgate branch is not answering their phones.
As a company providing a service customers should be able to contact them and for the bank charges that are levied they should be available.
