Early debit order ruined Christmas

<p>I received an SMS telling me that you will debit my account for my loan repayment on 15 December. I don't get paid on the 15th and the money in my account was supposed to be for gifts for Christmas. I was planning on buying gifts for my family on the public holiday 16th December but you will raid my account the day before. This is not treating your Customers fairly. I selected a debit order day because I know when my salary gets paid. Why would you go and change that? Just because your staff gets paid on the 15th does not mean everyone in the rest of South-Africa does as well.</p>
