Early Debit order - RCP LOAN. AGAIN!
Standard Bank Loans Department!!! I cannot tell you how glad I am that my RCP loan will be paid off in full in a few months!!
I am getting so fed up with you, taking the loan installment on the 25th /24th when my pay date (which is on the 27th) falls on a weekend....
EVERYTIME you do this... I have some money left, to buy fuel or electricity AND THEN BOOM!!! You take the installment, BEFORE the agreed date and then I am *****ed.... HAVING TO USED the credit card that you so love customers use, because then you can get MORE interest from us.
I am also writing this complaint, knowing NOTHING can or WILL be done about this... because I have complained so many times about this...!!!
My credit card is set to be debited on the 28th every-month, SAME LIKE my RCP loan.... WHY Does it not get debited on the 25th as well????
THANKS AGAIN STANDARD BANK. I will be making a plan for fuel & electricity AGAIN since my last bit of money was just taken by die debit order.........
