Early Debit order - No notice provided

The standards of Standard Bank has dropped to a all time low. How can they debit your bank account on the 15th of the month for a loan when your normal debit order date is between he 25th to the 28th? Then when I called them they said it will take up to 24 hours for the money to reflect back into my account. <br> <br> I am seriously considering moving to another bank as the service is getting worse.
