EARLY DEBIT ORDER
Once again Standard Bank manages to **** me off with debiting my account 6 days before my debit order date. I had some money in my account but not enough for my SBSA loans amount of R926. 47, which means i also cannont use the money that was in my account because my account is now overdrawn.
I spoke to consultant Sindiso and she advised the amount might reverse in 24hours. This doesnt work for me as i needed the money in my account today. The manager Athetsile could not even assist. This is not my problem but i have to suffer.
I need this amount reversed today with no bank charges. I telephonically agreed on the 26th of every month because i get my salary on the 25th.
Please dont mess with me, this happened to me before costing me wasted time and airtime to fix this problem.
REVERSE THE EARLY DEBIT ORDER AMOUNT AND DO UR JOBS RIGHT!!!
