EAP Limit

I have had to increase my monthly EAP limit twice now , as for some reason it is not resetting every month as im assuming it is supposed to as it is called a monthly EAP limit. I am now at the max amount of R50 000 . Each time i have called in asking about it , I cant get a proper answer and the solution is to just increase it. They even struggled to understand the concept of it resetting every month. Please can i get some proper help and make sure it resets every month as i am unable to make payments due to this.
