Durban North Auto Sales financing vehicles

I Thulisile Precious Zikhali ID no: *** 082. I bought an Nissan NP 200 at Durban North Auto Sale. The car was financed through standard bank. The car was R139 999. I paid R9150 for warranty, I was charged R2058.75 for inspection that is to make sure that the car is in perfect condition.

I have found the following myself and it was not fixed. The car was in an accident and was never fixed properly. No reflectors no rear bumper, number and lights are damaged, passenger door lock is loose, gear lever cover is tone, the carpet on the floor is out on the sides, rubber that are by the doors are coming out, spare wheel is finished they put and old tyre, tyres in the car are not the same size, some are finished, brakes are making noise, fan belt is making noise, and the clutch is making noise. Both bumpers are not lining up and they're damaged, they are plastics that goes under fenders 3 of them are damaged and 1 is missing.

I was told that the car was parked for long that is why there are those noises. I spoke to Gan the sales consultant and there is no luck, I spoke to the owner Micheal and there is no luck.

I will be paying over R200 000 for this car and I can't expect the car like this. I want these guys to fix this car or give me my deposit back so I can fix the car myself because they failing to fix it.

Can standard talk to these guys because they working with you and we will be paying you the interest. It's Been 2 weeks and they not making any effort to fix the car. Should they fail to do so I would like to get my deposit back, we paid what I've done to the car at the moment. Where I've put smash and grab, tow bar and alarm.

Can you please assist because those guys don't want to assist. I see that this is how they operating robbing people because they know that they know nothing about cars.
