Duplicate transactions then i lose money

Standard Bank over the weekend duplicated my transactions, they didnt even have the courtesy to see it and let me know. I thought i had certain amount of money in my account and then suddenly i was unable to make a transaction. I then went into my savings and transfered the amount to my Cheque account but that also got gobbled up like i am a gambler. When i call today to fight they hide behind the bank statement and tell me that the transactions make sense. on top of this i am told that when i swipe i should know the merchant doesnt bank immediately then why do i have a notification and an online app that show the transaction immediately coupled with the new balance then few days later when the bank statement finally has it on another day you feel you can take the money again and hide behind the fact that it shows once on the statement. Shame on you Standard Bank to think i thought you had my interests at heart. Note i will be moving banks as this is the worst experience i have ever had to encounter in my life. You are low life **** as a bank and dont deserve to have a customer like me. along with this system error of duplicates suddenly i have unauthorised debit orders of R97 on my account wow shows how secure my data is with you suddenly i am compromised. Dont bother responding to this as nothing that is said will make the inconvenience of not being able to transact for 3 days easier then get short changed in the process - sis on you.
