Duplicate of cellphone banking prepaid purchase

I bought electricity through cellphone banking on the 7th for R100 then it's says technical error I try several times until I get another means of buying electricity on my way to work I get sms showing that the deduction and tokens numbers x 5 which is R500. I then contacted cal centre I was told that I have to contact Metropolitan Municipality that I denied to contact them but insisted that as my bank thy have to do that on my behalf at the end of the conversation I got a reference that they would reverse the funds into my account within 48hours when municipality have cancel the vouchers. I waited for funds to be returned as I do not need electricity anymore & went to branch at Carlton Centre I was told the matter it's showing that it would be resolved month end of Dec until today 09 Jan 2018 went to the branch at Jeppe Street explain my quiry and they call I talked with Nasareen who do not even have any s****s if how to communicated with client as she keep on interrupting me before I finish the sentence and keep on telling me they is nothing they can do than giving me R500 tokens of vouchers that I do not need at all. I need my money to be refunded and cancel those vouchers as I have not even use any of them and it's already a month. The call centre consultant do not even give any way forward even when I told her I would cancel/close this account other banks can resolved this matter without any delays knowing it was not my fault as they mentioned on the same day of the incident that it was municipality error.
