Duplicate deduction on business account

Standard Bank issues a duplicate deduction on my businesses account. As a young person with a thriving business I would not recommend being with this bank, particularly the Merchant Services division! I have been trying for days in order to get this reversed. I am finally done with this PATHETIC bank!
