Duplicate debits

Yesterday I swiped at Retsos for the amount of R284.50. The amount was debited to my account twice yet Retsos has only one amount. After this experience I decided to check my bank statement for February. On the 6th an amount of R63 was debited for Isando Pharmacy and on the 7th R63 was debited to my account again. Standard Bank charges a levy (bank charges) when you load electricity and buy airtime. I am a pensioner yet Standard Bank feels they have a right to steel from pensioners! Yesterday I sent an email but clearly the bank feels it is not urgent to refund my money! I went to Retsis and they showed me that only one amount if R284.50 was credited to their account. Standard Bank is the worst bank to deal with. *****ing from pensioners is an absolute disgrace!!!! Shame on you Standard Bank!!!!!

Reviewer Update
Today I received an SMS saying service request open and is due on 11th March. This is unacceptable!!!! I am a pensionerband I need my money which was double debited to my account!!! If I owed the bank R20 they would come down on me like a ton of bricks but it's fine for them to resolve my query at their leisure!!!!! I am going to write a complaint on social media as well and advise all and sundry NEVER to bank with Standard Bank. They take your money. For goodbess sake!!!! I am a pensioner and need my money now!!!! Not in a month's time!!!
