Duplicate Credit account Standard Bank

I paid up all my accounts with Standard bank in 03/2015, To date Standard bank has not updated my details on my Credit Bureaux Profile, then i asked them to do so and Today i receive an e mail months later that the details was updated on my Credit Bureaux Profile, Then i phoned TransUnion to make sure being that i have been given the run around and guess what ITS STILL NOT DONE, NOW I HAVE 4 CREDIT CARDS WITH STANDARD BANK IN STEAD OF ONE AND TO TOP IT ALL OFF I'M IN AREAS WITH ONE. THIS IS A JOKE WHAT TYPE OF BANK DOES THIS TO A PERSON. I AM SO GLAD I MOVED FROM THIS BANK BEST DECISION I HAVE EVER MADE. FIX THIS AND HOPEFULLY IT WILL NOT TAKE ANOTHER MONTH.
